In a nutshell
Your area of responsibility:
- Responsible for Finance and Accounting, Financial planning and control of the local entities
- Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closing and reporting including statutory reports
- Responsible for the local budgeting and forecasting process under directives and principles as coordinated by the Central Finance
- Supporting local plant management in implementing and maintaining an efficient and effective system of internal control, safeguarding assets and securing proper registration of financial results and operational performance
- Supporting Central Finance and contributing in maintaining an efficient and effective service level from Finance towards all stakeholders, including Plant and European management.
- Supporting local management in cost controlling and KPI monitoring on weekly and monthly basis.
- Responsible for local tax and statistical filings
- Responsible for local risk management, insurances and claims registration
- Participate in projects regarding alignment and optimisation of planning & control cross the company
Job requirements:
- Bachelor level degree in Financial Accounting & Controlling
- Native French speaker and English (verbal and written)
- 3 Year proven successful record of similar job within the area of business administration / controlling
- Good understanding and use of computer system (ERP system, Microsoft office Suite)
- Strong knowledge and experience in accounting (French GAAP) and basic knowledge on IFRS
- Accurate, organized and efficient way of working
- Prepared to work hands on
- Good communication skills (internal and external on all levels).
